In short: virksomhedssalg.dk is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the deals, we do not provide professional advice through the platform itself, and we do not vouch for the accuracy of listing content. You are responsible for your own assessment, investigation (due diligence), and decisions.

1. Nature of the platform

The content on virksomhedssalg.dk — including listings, knowledge articles, guides, templates, valuation tools and other information — is provided for general information and to connect buyers and sellers. virksomhedssalg.dk is a brokering and listing platform and is not a party to the agreements entered into between users.

2. No professional advice

Information and material on the Platform does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice and cannot replace specific advice from a lawyer, accountant or other professional. You should always seek independent, professional advice before buying or selling a business or making significant decisions. If you act on the basis of content on the Platform, you do so at your own risk.

Note: If you choose our separate "Advisory & Mediation" package, assistance is provided under an individual agreement. If we connect you with our lawyer network, the lawyer in question is themselves responsible for their advice in the direct client relationship. See the Terms of Use, section 12.

3. Responsibility for listing content

Listings are created by the users themselves. We do not verify and do not vouch for whether information in listings — including revenue, results, assets, debt, key figures, descriptions and images — is accurate, complete, up to date or lawful. Any information in a listing is solely the seller's responsibility. As a buyer, you should verify all information yourself and carry out thorough due diligence, possibly with professional assistance, before entering into a deal.

4. No guarantee of a deal or outcome

We do not guarantee a specific number of views, inquiries, offers, or a sale. Nor do we guarantee that a buyer or seller is genuine, solvent, or able to complete a deal. Valuations and price assessments — whether from tools, guides, or a conversation — are indicative estimates only and constitute no guarantee of an achievable price.

5. Availability, content and errors

The Platform is provided "as is". We strive for content to be accurate and up to date, and for the Platform to be available, but we do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation. We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice.

Found an error? We take pride in keeping our articles, templates and tools accurate and up to date — but with an archive of this size, errors, outdated information, or technical irregularities may occur. If you come across something that seems wrong or unclear, please write to us at kontakt@virksomhedssalg.dk so we can correct it as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make such errors, and any error does not in itself give rise to liability on our part, cf. section 8.

6. Links to third parties

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g. payment provider, advertising channels, and external resources). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for content, products, services, or privacy practices on third-party sites. Use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. User conduct and fraud

We are not liable for acts, omissions, misrepresentation, or fraud by other users. If you experience a suspicious inquiry, we encourage you to report it to us and to exercise ordinary caution, including not transferring money or sharing confidential information before you are certain of the counterparty's identity and intentions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Danish law, we disclaim liability for indirect losses and consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from agreements entered into between users, including operating losses, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and lost earnings. Our liability for direct losses caused by our own negligence follows the general rules of Danish law and is limited as described in the Terms of Use, section 14.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury, or mandatory rights a consumer has under Danish law.

9. Relationship to the Terms of Use

This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. In the event of a discrepancy between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use take precedence.
